Today marks the 57th day until our wedding. A lot of the stuff is already done. We are just waiting on the day to come. Billy has already had his bachelor party. He had a dual party with his friend Matt who is getting married 2 weeks before us. We are both in his wedding and are super excited for them both!!! (Congrats guys!) The plan for the bachelor party was to go shoot some guns at Billy's friend Pheel's house in the country. After that they were going to come back to Raleigh and play video games. Before they left I told Billy not to hurt himself. He reassured me that he knew what he was doing and that they would be safe. So I trusted him....
When they returned from shooting, I got a call from Billy. I asked if everyone was OK. He told me there was an incident. This worried me a little. When I asked what happen, he was very vague. Finally he came out and said he got a scratch on his head. I asked if he had to get stitches and he said no. I felt a little relieved that it was only a scratch.....or so I thought.....
Eventually I got on the computer and noticed there were pictures posted on Facebook of the day. Billy had a huge bandage on his forehead. Right away I called him back and asked again if he was OK because I saw a picture that looked like it was more than a scratch.
Later I found out that it was a pretty bad gash from when Billy had his eye too close to a gun scope. When he fired the gun, it kicked and the scope cut his forehead. I heard Billy tell someone else, he had bleed more then than he has ever bleed in his life.
What am I going to do with this boy. (Marry him, of course, in 57 days!!! :) )
